Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Meso Holdings, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company that operates The Bold Negotiator brand, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or use our websites and services.
This policy applies to:
- boldcourses.com — our course and free-challenge site
- theboldnegotiator.com — our book site
- professorphil.com — our AI coaching assistant
Together, these are the “Sites.” By using any of the Sites or our services (the “Services”), you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you sign up for the BOLD 30 challenge, purchase a course, book coaching, or contact us.
- Payment information — billing name, billing address, and the last four digits and brand of your card. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and GoHighLevel) and never stored by us.
- Account credentials — the login email and password you create when you enroll in a paid course. Passwords are stored as hashes by our course platform (GoHighLevel); we do not see your plaintext password.
- Course activity — your answers, reflections, chat messages with Professor Phil, quiz responses, and completion progress inside the course and AI simulator.
- Communications — the content of emails, support requests, and messages you send us.
b. Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the Sites may not function without them.
c. Information from third parties
If you sign up or log in using a third-party service (for example, a single sign-on provider) or if our payment or email partners share limited account information with us, we may receive basic profile and transaction data from them.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the free BOLD 30 challenge, the BOLD Course, Professor Phil AI, coaching, and any other Services you request;
- Process payments and send receipts;
- Send you course-related emails, lesson drops, reminders, and customer support replies;
- Send you marketing communications about new content, events, or offers (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Improve our courses, AI responses, and site performance — including reviewing anonymized AI chat transcripts to refine Professor Phil;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers who run the Sites on our behalf — including GoHighLevel (website, course delivery, CRM, email), Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our AI infrastructure provider, and cloud hosting vendors. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, and auditors, when reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety — if required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our users, or the public; or in connection with an investigation of suspected fraud or a violation of our Terms.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Sites use cookies and similar tools to keep sessions active, remember settings, and measure traffic and engagement. We may use third-party analytics (for example, Google Analytics) that place their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; “Do Not Track” signals are handled at the browser level.
6. Email and Marketing
When you join BOLD 30, buy a course, or otherwise opt in, you’ll receive training emails, course communications, and occasional promotional messages from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not end transactional emails like receipts, course lesson drops while you’re enrolled, or account notices.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, for as long as needed to provide the Services, and for as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution). When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize the data.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations;
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on consent as our legal basis;
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such email.
To make a request, email support@boldcourses.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
California residents
If you live in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
9. Children
The Sites and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Users
The Sites are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Sites may link to Amazon, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Sites). Your continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
