This Privacy Policy describes how Meso Holdings, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company that operates The Bold Negotiator brand, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or use our websites and services.
This policy applies to:
Together, these are the “Sites.” By using any of the Sites or our services (the “Services”), you agree to the practices described here.
If you sign up or log in using a third-party service (for example, a single sign-on provider) or if our payment or email partners share limited account information with us, we may receive basic profile and transaction data from them.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
The Sites use cookies and similar tools to keep sessions active, remember settings, and measure traffic and engagement. We may use third-party analytics (for example, Google Analytics) that place their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; “Do Not Track” signals are handled at the browser level.
When you join the BRAVE Challenge, buy a course, or otherwise opt in, you’ll receive training emails, course communications, and occasional promotional messages from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not end transactional emails like receipts, course lesson drops while you’re enrolled, or account notices.
If you provide your phone number when booking an appointment or filling out a form on our Sites, we may use it to send you transactional text messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders for calls you have scheduled. If you separately opt in to marketing texts by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, we may also send occasional promotional messages about our training programs and offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not affect transactional messages related to appointments you have booked.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services enabling delivery of these messages.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, for as long as needed to provide the Services, and for as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution). When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize the data.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.
If you live in California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
The Sites and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Sites are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
Our Sites may link to Amazon, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice on the Sites). Your continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
